Trivest Affiliate ATX Networks Completes Add-On Acquisition

MIAMI, FL – (November 19, 2009) Trivest Partners (“Trivest”) today announced that its affiliate, ATX Networks Corp.  (“ATX” or the “Company”), has acquired the complete RFWorx® and SignalOn® series of RF signal management products from ADC Telecommunications, Inc.  (NASDAQ: ADCT, “ADC”).  ADC’s line of RF signal management products provides ATX with a full suite of innovative RF solutions for the cable, satellite and telecom marketplace.  The RFWorx® and SignalOn® product lines add two well-known brand names to ATX’s existing portfolio of RF signal management products currently sold under the MAXNET® and MAXNET II® brands.  The acquisition of ADC’s RF product line is the first add-on for ATX, which Trivest and ATX’s management team acquired in August 2008.  ATX was funded with capital from Trivest Fund IV, a $325 million private investment fund.
