Mr. Templeton joined Trivest in 1989. He leads Trivest’s buyout activities, investment sourcing, resource allocation, portfolio oversight, limited partner relations and overall firm administration. Over his tenure at Trivest, he has led the origination, structuring and financing of more than 50 acquisitions and exits. In addition, Mr. Templeton created many of the Trivest’s key differentiators, including “Just Say No” and many of Trivest’s unique marketing programs. Mr. Templeton is a member of Trivest’s Investment Committee and currently serves as Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest companies including Columbus Recycling, National Auto Care, Northfield Industries and Pelican Water Systems. Prior to joining Trivest, he spent six years serving in various capacities with Southeast Bank, N.A. in Miami. He received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, and M.B.A. from Stetson University.

(ADP) and practiced law in the New York office of Morgan Lewis, where he focused on representing private equity firms. Prior to joining Hall Capital, Tim was Managing Director for over nine years at Gridiron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Throughout his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust and UBS in New York and London, Tim executed advisory and financing transactions totaling over $15 billion. At Trivest, he serves as an active board member of Athletic Supply. Tim played professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in economics and played varsity football and baseball. He received his M.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Vandenberg is a retired Trivest Partner who joined the Firm in 1987. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Trivest. In this role he provides strategic advice to several Trivest companies and helps with the Firm’s investment sourcing efforts. Prior to Trivest, Mr. Vandenberg spent 10 years with KPMG in New York and Miami. He is a certified public accountant (inactive) and received his B.A. in accounting from William Paterson University.
