Mr. Hapak joined Trivest in 2018. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Mr. Hapak worked for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, a former portfolio company of Carousel Capital, a Charlotte-based private equity firm focused on business services, consumer services and healthcare investments. Prior to Express Oil, Mr. Hapak was an Associate at Carousel Capital where he spent two years screening and executing middle market transactions across a wide range of industries in the Southeastern U.S. as well as handling portfolio company responsibilities. Prior to joining Carousel Capital, Mr. Hapak was an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Piper Jaffray & Co. He received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
