Penda Corporation, is one of the largest U.S. manufacturers and marketers of light truck accessories serving both the OEM and automotive aftermarket. Penda's product line includes pickup truck bedliners, truck caps, hard tonneau covers, running boards, accessory products and van tops.

Richelieu Partners, L.P. was comprised of two operating units, Western Dressing, Inc., and Willow Foods, Inc. Western was a manufacturer and marketer of a regional, branded salad dressing which had significant market share in the Midwest. Western also manufactured other salad dressings, marinades and specialty sauces under private label and co-pack relationships. Willow manufactured and marketed prepared deli salads, fresh and frozen pizzas, and smoked hams largely sold through the deli section of grocery stores.

Sun Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. was a manufacturer and marketer of a broad array of sun and skin care products under the Banana Boat brand name. Sun's products included sun blocks and screens, suntan products, lotions and moisturizers, lip protectors, first aid ointments and hair protectors.
