LADY OF AMERICA FRANCHISE CORPORATION APPOINTS GERALD WEBER AS ITS PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Miami, FL - (November 2, 2005) Lady of America Franchise Corporation ("Lady of America" or the "Company") named Gerald Weber as its President and Chief Executive Officer. The position had been filled on an interim basis by Jeff Silverman since Lady of America's founder, Roger Wittenberns, retired in January 2005.

Mr. Weber spent 16 years working with Wayne Huizenga, as the Chief Operating Officer of Blockbuster, AutoNation and NationsRent. Prior, he spent 16 years in various operational positions of increasing responsibility with both Shoppers Drug Mart, working with Murray Koffler, and the Gray Drug Fair division of Sherwin Williams.
